Aktiv Kapital CCA request

I sent a CCA request to Aktiv Kapital and when they didn't provide the agreement I told them I wouldn't be paying them.

 

They've now asked when I left an address I was last at about 15 years ago.

 

Any idea why they want this or what it has to do with a CCA request

Sounds like they dont have the CCA, wont admit it and are trying to invent one.

 

THey have no need for the info they asked for. ALl you want is the valid CCA that they must hold to collect the payment. The address you used to live at and the date you moved, makes no difference.

 

The only reason they could want that info is to invent a CCA and to ensure that they have the correct address where you were living back then.

 

Personally i would wait for the 12+ 2 to expire and send the non compliance letter. DOnt get into letter tennis with them

set your default scan page size to A4 less than 300DPI [150 will do]

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets - as a picture[jpg] file

don't forget you can use a mobile phone or a digital camera too!!

BUT......

ENSURE: remove all pers info inc. barcodes etc using paint program

but leave all monetary figures and dates.

if you have multiple scans/pics

put them in a word doc FIRST and convert that to PDF

or use www.pdfmerge.com

 

convert existing PC files to PDF [office has an installable print to PDF option]

it would be better to upload a multipage pdf if

you have many images too rather than many single pdfs

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

or use word and save as pdf

try and logically name your file so people know what it is.

though dont use full bank names or CAG in the title

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

Tell AK that your where abouts 15 years ago in no of their business they have no right to know this.
