Not sure which company is dealing with this as I have 2 letters a statement of account from Lowell but a debt letter from Red - are they the same company ?

Dollar finance is the money shop .

. I got this debt in 2009 after taking out a £200 loan which I am now asked to pay back £320

I have with this one as I have with the others set up £5 a month (which they have accepted with no problems)

Can I request a CCA of these as I done it all in store .

. so an agreement was signed at the time of the loan being accepted.

Arghh ... Burying my head in the sand seemed so much easier :???:

Yes, if done in store request a copy of the agreement.

All so you need to find out what charges have been added on to debt, all charges are unlawful so ask them to be deducted from the debt.

Yes, a quote from the Lowell Group.................

Red Debt Collection Services is a specialist debt recovery department within Lowell Financial Ltd.

Red specialises in two core areas, telecommunication accounts and escalated accounts. Red is usually the first point of contact for telecommunication debts.

Other account types may be escalated to Red Debt Collection Services if customers do not make contact or agree a suitable repayment plan. At this stage, Red will look at your credit file in more detail in order to recommend the next course of action.

No sure how 'special' Red are, sounds like the guy at the next desk.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

If in doubt, you should seek the opinion of a Qualified Professional.
