Hi is there any way you can find out who will be sitting on your tribunal panel, before the actual appeal.

Do you have a particular reason for asking? Are you concerned that you may recognise one of the panel members from a previous tribunal you've attended? If you've the name of someone you want to avoid; either phone the venue on the day of the tribunal, or if that's not possible, check with the tribunal clerk as soon as you arrive. Once you're shown into the tribunal room, if you recognise any of the panel tell the judge immediately.
