I know banks can't access the site but do you think managers are logging on from home and veiwing our posts. I bet banks with only a few claims can recognise their customers on here!!!!!

Most likely - but the conditions of the site are implicit - NO bank staff without permission. If they were to use site material as evidence/ammunition then they would be exposing themselves under the computer misuse act...

And I suppose most people are only informing others of their progress and the bank knows that already. I hope it puts the wind up them seeing the determination and results on the site!!!

It will most certainly put the wind up them - and if you look around hard enough you will see messages in posts such as: "...any banks reading this - it WON'T work..." and other cheery confidence boosters...

I haven't banned the banks from coming here, electronically, but it does state in the rules that they must ask permission to read and post.

I'm sure there are bank managers lurking on here. The question is whether they're good ones or bad ones... In my experience its split about 50/50. Half the managers sympathise with the customers (and the staff) and the other half are total jobsworths and can see the bank do no wrong.

(Yes I work for a bank but am here to help! Please be nice to me! :))
