I have gone through the sending of letters etc and am now at the stage of starting my claim at the small claims court. What address do I need to use when giving the details of HSBC ? Would it be the head office ? Will keep everyone up to date as to how it all goes.

Edit: I have decided to use my local branch address. However- another question- what do I put as the claim amount ? Is it the total claim amount plus interest and costs or just the charges?

Many thanks

Phil

I filed the claim - see litigation section.

I have today received a letter with news that I have to agree to keep confidential.

I can't therefore disclose the details as the matter is now ended.

I am very happy.

It does pay to perserve. Please bear this in mind when playing the games. You must keep to your timescales, keep focussed and be prepared to go to court.

A big big thank you to the Consumer Action Group.

Good luck to everyone else and I am now off to sort out my Marbles and Natwest credit card charges !- Just awaiting statements :)

Yes I did - couldn't put it better and summed up pretty much what the letter said. I also thought if I phrased it the same way people would get the message what had happened !

Do I have to contact the court to let them know the claim is finished?
