Hi,

I sent a package with Parcel2Go and I have paid £58.39 for shipping for a box approx. 17 x 14 x 35 inches kg 14... in the box there was merchandise (sheffield) for approx. £160.00. Now Parcel2go has inform me that the box is " lost" and has offered me "£50" as total compensation.

I believe that all this is crazy and very little seriously.

I send, I'll pay, they do not do the service, the pack suddenly disappears and they offer me ..... less shipping costs: very comfortable so!!:-(

HELP PLEASE.

Hi, I have not insurance...but I have paid £58.38 for shipping..... the problem was born because the package has been deliberately avoided, they write to me only that the package is missing and unfortunately the courier forgot to put the codes above it, but the package is great, the weight is considerable and there on the package are two large address labels ... they know that in the package there are objects in sheffield and I have stated the value in £160.00

I know that I cannot recover the full value, unfortunately I have not the insurance, but I think I have a right to compensation for all shipping costs because they have not completed the service + a value for the items to be decided ......

Parcel2Go has offered me only £79.19........this is not correct, this amount only shows that Parcel2Go promotes the disappearance of value packs because this resolution is for the exclusive benefit of the economic courier

when I contacted their service center in chat I discussed with Sarah who told me that I am entitled to a full refund and shipping costs, both to the bonus of £50.00 for the items

I have already had a previous PARCEL2GO August 5 I paid for a shipment £22.80 in the face of a package with a brush but they have not withdrawn the package: I have fully refunded £22.80 ..... why now does he offer as reimbursement for almost nothing in comparison?

As I've said above, if you chose not to insure it to its full value then you will only get back delivery cost and by the sounds of it there giving you the standard cover of £20 on top.

If you don't choose to insure an item for its value then you can't expect them to pay out any more.

I use them every day to send stuff and if its something expensive I pay the extra for insurance just in case.
