Allocation questionnaire

Hi

 

Please can someone point in the right direction for how to complete an allocation questionnaire?

 

My defence and counterclaim are related to PPI mis selling and unfair charges

 

Will mediation help me? What would be involved in this? Would this help me explain how my PPI was mis-sold as I have not yet had the opportunity to complete a PPI questionnaire and apply for a refund.

 

What does a 1 month stay mean and would this be a good thing?

 

I only have two days left to fill this in and I have no idea what to do

Completing the AQ (DQ) is quite simple (N180 or N181?)

 

I has nothing to do with defence or counter claims its merely to allocate the claim to a track and transfer the claim to your local county court.

It's an N150

There is a whole section on settlement.

Do I want to try and settle the claim before the hearing?

Do I want a 1 month stay ? (I think I do)

 

Have I attached a list of directions? (I don't know if I need to?)

 

Have I made any applications in this claim? (I don't know if I have?)

 

In the other info box I want to add that I want the 1 month stay as I have not have the chance to apply through the proper means for a PPI refund with the relevant questionaire, and then if necessary the fos.

Is that how a stay could be used?

 

They have denied all liability to my PPI reclaim (I don't know how an external solicitor can do that without investigating, and they are allowed to deny without giving any reasons or evidence) and my reclaim if charges.
