Hi

Since when did Newlyns start referring to PCNs issued under the Road Traffic Debts Regs as a Magistrates Liability Order?

Orders for recovery are issued by the TEC at Northampton are they not?

Thanks

Can you provide a bit more information. It may be that you have received a standard letter and that the wrong template was used as this company also enforce unpaid council tax debts on behalf of various local authorities.

Letter states Removal Notice and is Headed - Magistrates Liability Order - Road Traffic Debt

Apparently he has added £400 to the total which is complete nonsense, as it is 28% of the debt

Also the name stated does not show up as a certificated bailiff neither does he show up when searching employed Newlyns bailiffs

Seems to me Newlyns up to their usual nonsense!

How up to date is the register?

As his name doesnt show neither is he listed when searching Newlyns own bailiffs.

Will it be a case of get his certifcating court from Newlyns themselves?

Did you appeal the issue of the ticket with East Yorkshire and if so, if it was rejected, did you take the matter to NPAS?

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi

I did appeal the ticket and it was rejected but no i have not referred the matter to NPAS.

Newlns are also claiming they visited on 3 occasions to which they did not as i was present in the house on those days. They also claim the required notices were posted through my door on each visit...again they were not.

I have requested they provide me with the name of the attending bailiff on those occasions but so far they are refusing to do so. Why refuse if they have nothing to hide?

Thanks
