The bailiff wants to be provided with a signed list of goods in a property so he can claim a levy without peaceful entry? Shame you binned that letter, it is dynamite. I would be rummaging the bin for it. However, she must do NOTHING OF THE KIND.

Me being a devious git feels that the bailiff would by judicious scanning and photocopying concoct a signed notice of seizure and claim it as a levy if she were to provide them with a signed list, this levy would be unlawful but the bailiff would probably use it as an instrument of oppression to apply fees that would be unlawful, but he would hope you don;t know that and pay up

Rule 1 BAILIFFS LIE

Rule " If in doubt refer to RULE1

It is most certainly not allowed, and Rossendales are a devious bunch.

If you could give a little background as to what the debt is for Caggers can help you solve the problem, but tell her to hide any car, and Do Not let the bailiff in under any circumstances, he cannot turn up with locksmiths force entry or have her, taken to prison.

We could do with some help from you.
