Hi people,

I have sent off the second letter stating that the fees are unfair, with my breakdown of charges they have made against me, but the 14 days are nearly up and I haven't had a sniff of anything. I have sent my correspondance to the same person everytime, to the Head of Customer Relations at Canary Wharf in London, by registered post. Do I just carry on? The next stage is the scary bit and I need to know what I am doing is correct.

Many thanks in advance.

Me.

As you've sent the letters by registered post, they have obviously been received. Don't worry that you haven't heard anything. Continue with your moneyclaim. Have you read up on how to do that?

Hi wonderwoman,

Dont worry, I am going through the same thing, and have been ignored by HSBC as well. I have just sent a third letter off to them, as my 14 days runs out on the 28th October and then I will put in a money claim. The third letter is a copy of my LBA and another copy of the charges - its just a polite reminder that the clock is ticking and I am waiting for a response from them as well as MY MONEY.... there are lots of others on this site who have been ignored.

Going through the Money Claim on line is really very simple and as long as you have the money to pay to hand you will be fine. Just follow the instructions given or put another thread on to this site and some one will help. Dont give up now, you are so close to the end and it will be well worth carrying on.

Best of luck

Hannah :p;)
