I bought a Tesco's finest flan with rotten fruit, ate most of it & took the empty box back. I got an instant refund & by post a £5 money card.

Thank you for your reply. I was about to bin the receipt but decided to check it. There were four items on the receipt so I couldn't believe they had o/chg'd.

I am off to Tesco with receipt & wrappings.

Might try this as Tesco have given my ex directory 'phone no. to TNS market research who never leave you alone apparently!!
