Just taken a call from 01706 833 772 and asked to speak to me.

Asked me to confirm my address and DOB ( which I didnt) so he said I needed to call them back when I wanted to tell them.

I have recently looked on my credit file, and I only have one defualt on there for a credit card which is under £150 that needs paying.

Just curious to know what they are chasing me for, he gave me the address that they have been sending letters to but would not tell me what for.

Any ideas on what I should do please?

Rossendales are now collecting consumer debt (as DCA and not Bailiff) so could it be the credit card debt they are chasing ?

They really should be writing to you if they are pursuing for a debt.

You say they have been writing, is it to an address you recognise and do you have access to the mail at that address ?

prob a phishing trip

stay off that phone!

you are under NO legal obl

to talk to them

they are prob acting under their DCA wing here

not as bailiffs

so have NO SUCH LEGAL POWERS.

was it your address or an old one?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
