The Trustee/Official Receiver were Appointed by the Court that declared the Bankruptcy and are working on behalf of the Court to carry out the Court Order.

The Trustee/Official Receiver is working for the Court and what you ask in a) - f) you will not get as they working for the Court not you. Does not stop you asking the Trustee/Official Receiver to see what they say. (if you require a Certificate of Discharge there may be a Fee for this)

g) The Insolvency Service will already know what is happening as the Trustee/Official Receiver has to keep them informed as well as the Court.
