An ex colleague is asking for my help ref a claim from a DCA

It is a MCOL

He has sent the defence back stating no response to 31.14 etc

Today he received a letter from Northampton with a Directions Questionnaire. Form N180

Why is Northampton sending a directions questionnaire? And not his local court

The N180 form has no section to attach draft application notice for directions (strike out)

TTHE N149 AND N150 ALLOCATION QUESTIONNAIRE HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY THE N180 DIRECTIONS QUESTIONNAIRE

Something is not right or am i missing something?

So the directions questionnaire now comes from Northampton, and not his local court

WHAT HAPPENS TO ATTACHING A DRAFT APPLICATION

I wish to attach a strike out application like you used to be able to do with the N150 When a judge considers what tract to allocate against

Can that be done with the N180, as that section is now missing on the N180 form

thanks

So back to the original question

How do i enclose a draft order for directions

The beauty of the N150 is that you can enclose the draft

Any suggestions besides an N244 application

Not seen the new Notice of Allocation to SCT as only deal with FT and MT.

If you want to make an application to strike out I guess you need to apply and pay the fee like normal.
