Hi guys

 

I have an outstanding debt with Tower Capital in Bournemouth which is one payment away from being closed (£35) :)

But ive tried to contact them and they seem to have disappeared from the face of the earth!! :O

 

Ive got their number but it just rings out.... I want to pay and settle.... Anyone know of another number? I know they have recently rebranded but im not sure what as :(

Hold on to the money for now. Don't chase them up.

Yea but i think i might split the payment with them again and pay £20 next month... I dont get any interest and its a flexi payment plan so allows me to plan better

No, but they had 2 CCJs on my credit file, one is marked as satisfied and the other (for a lower amount) is not marked, I didn't even get a certificate for the first one!

Its also a bit weird as I only ever had one loan with them. Unless because of 'rolling over' they are able to treat it as 2 loans? I'm sure they make it up as they go along!

Just noticed that the settled one is at my older address (2008), and the active one is at my current address (2011).

Tower capital took me to court in 2011 (not 2008 as far as i remember), i had a payment plan setup with them, which i paid faithfully, then some months ago they emailed me a settlement figure which I paid them, so the CCJ should have been cleared?
