Hi,

I've had a Cahoot loan (passed to Abbey and now Santander) from 2005 to date. I'm in a DMP.

How do I get hold of the the old statements to see how much interest I was/am paying.

Do I apply to cahoot, Abbey or Santander?

(I was under the impression from my DMP people that I had been paying no interest for the last couple of years,

but I have reason to doubt that now, so i have asked all of my creditors for up to date statements.)

I have had no statements for a long tiem now, so I may be in for a nasty surprise.

Thanks,

oh dear

sounds like a fee paying DMC?

dump them

they should have negotiated no int/charges before you agreed to go withhtem.

sounds like you are being fleeced

yiou can do the DMP yourself for fREE

or use one of the many charities.

anyhow

the SAR always goes to the original creditor.

I hope all these debts you are in the plan for SHOW

on your CRA file?

and you've requested CCA's?

DMC's never check the debts are owed

they just pay them on spec

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

if everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's tomorrow

the biggest financial industry in the UK, the whole DCA industry would collapse overnight.
