New user. Can anyone help me please?

I have a notice of allocation(hearing). I am the defendant. Could you please tell me if the fourteen days to exchange documents with the other party is upon receipt or sending of these. I posted mine and they were received within the time but I did not receive mine until twelve days before the hearing although they were dated fourteen days before.

I must admit, I don't quite understand the question.

What was the date of posting on the envelope ? Is there anything that you have not received by way of disclosure?

It was only 2 days and you were not prejudiced so I wouldn't waste your time arguing it.
