Just continue to pay the debt off as per your original repayment plan, but send it to MMF. They are obliged to carry on the repayment plan that was originally agreed. They wont add on charges, as they would be unlawful and unenforceable due to no clause in your contract stating that a new owner will add on silly charges for no reason.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

Well getting calls to mobile today every 2 hours and texting as well. I have emailed the company MMF who state they now own the debt and demand £623.00. Stating I have never repaid a penny, yet I have been on a plan with Mr lender since Feb 13. I have sent a copy of the repayment plan to this company and yet they still refuse to accept it plan. According to the plan they is £236.56 outstanding and not the £623.00 MMF are claiming.

Now they state they are passing the file to their home visit team to get the funds, very threating calls and texts. They are using 5 different mobile numbers ?

What can I do to sort this bunch of clowns out, I have emailed Mr Lender and had no reply !!!!!!!!

You MUST file a full complaint and also get a complaint going to OFCOM. You could also threaten them with court action for undue harassment and intimidation.

just turned my mobile off as this guy has called 4 times in the post 10min, they are using different mobile numbers and withholding numbers as well. I have to answer calls as job hunting huge pain in the ass .

Make sure you keep a diary of all numbers, and all times they are calling you. More ammo to use for OFCOM, who, if they find the company guilty can levy an absolutely HUGE fine on them. ALso remember, that if you keep proof of all this harassment, you are more likely to win in a court case.

I have started a spread sheet detailing the numbers & times, printing off emails they sent and the emails I am sending to them regarding the repayment plan. I am also keeping copies of all emails regarding Mr Lender as well, they have not sent any paperwork or emails regarding them selling the debt to MMF is this normal practice.

Well today I have transferred the amount of £47.78 which is the repayment plan amount, I added the MMF ref as well. and yep they sent another email

Dear

Please contact Motormile Finance regarding your outstanding account on 01138876876 quoting reference XYZ

Yours faithfully

What a bunch of clowns, they still demand £623.00 but where do I stand once I have repaid to the repayment plan ?

cheers

Where do you stand? Just ignore them. You are going by the original agreed plan. Even if the debt was sold they are obligated to follow the repayment plan in place and cannot add on ANY interest or charges to the account.

You need to keep the OFT updated with every letter they send.

If you pay by standing order, you are safe. Just remember, MMF have gone way downhill recently, so much so, they are bordering on criminal activity.

SInce they got the new compliance director, it seems they found the bottom of the barrel, dug a hole, went deeper and found a new one, which they are currently at the bottom of.

How crap is this company, I have been paying 47.78 every month to clear debt of 430.00. so far repaid 191.12 leaving balance of 238.88. They claim the debt is 623.56 and keep sending texts, calling mobile and home telephone, sending emails. I have emailed them the repayment plan which was agreed with Mr Lender they confirm they have had my emails, I have offered to repay the full amount if 238.88 at the end of the month. and they just state its 623.56 and if I do not pay they will add more fees. and this is todays email:

How can I bring this to a close if they keep refusing the plan, and we do not want them calling at our house
