I saw something on the web about digitally signed CCA's and wondered what legality they have compared to physical documents?

If I physically sign a piece of paper I can tell if a CCA sent to me has my signature on it or not, but how do I do this if the DCA say that I signed digitally?

Thanks!

They are legally acceptable 'signatures' if you are referring to tick boxes or printed signature as used commonly by businesses including solicitors.

An electronic X in the box is legal.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.
