Ok I know how to upload now.

The FSA Guidelines, Are they still active even though there is no FSA anymore?

I scanned as PDF

I used nemo pdf to word.

In word I added rectangles over the text I wanted hidden.

I then converted to pdf.

I could have printed to cute pdf writer.

My latest upload someone please confirm my personal info is gone.

yes just a name change to FCA

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I've had a lightbulb moment. This is only an assumption.

If a payday lender debit my account of the full amount even though I cancelled CPA. The agreement would be ended that day.

I then contact my bank next day to get refund because the pdl had no authority.

Because the pdl has no agreement in place they can't dictate how they get their money back of me.

What do you think, right or wrong.

Also is it actually illegal if the company debit my account when they shouldn't and if so can I report it to the police or would the OFT suffice?
