I was contacted by iqor concerning £328.36 supposedly owed to Lloyds TSB. I wrote saying that I did not acknowledge any 'debt' to iqor and asking for verification of the allegeddebt.

I have had a reply from iqor staing

" we comfirm the above balance is correct"-How?

also the statement starts in Augest 2007 with a starting balance of £250 overdrawn! so no indication of how I came to be overdrawn, has anyone else had any similar experiences ?

if its that old its prob already statute carred.

pers I think they are trying to fleece you.

well actually...100% so

now you should already know to NEVER EVER speak to a DCA on the phone!!

they'll say and fabric up anything to get you to pay ebven if you don't owe them anything.

have you looked at your CRA file to see if there IS a Lloyds bank account showing?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I had a wad of statements from Lloyds tsb via iqor but the statements started in Aug 2007

-which starts with an overdrawn balance of -£200+.

Of course I wrote asking for an explanation and I got this reply. ending in an overdarwn balance of -£328.26

"Our clients have informed us that they are not obliged to produce a copy of an aggreement of a current account under section 77/78

they have informed us that they cannot request all copy statements as there are simply too many,

however they have obtained statements from 14th August 2007-9th October 2009.

Please pay withing 7 days"

Please can anyone advise me,

not sure if I should go to complaint level and go above their heads,

can anyone sugest where to go from here?
