hello,I seek help and advice in this matter. I have been sujected to unfair dismissal plus salary deduction plus sex discrimination by my ex-employer. I want to take the employer to the tribunal but it is over 90 days. In such a case, what action must I take? I want to claim for compensation too. Thanks for taking time to read my post and replying. Thanks and regards, Shinya

Hello

How long is it since you were dismissed?

The Tribunal will look at three points as to whether to allow the claim - first, was it not reasonably practicable to bring the claim, second, was it brought within such a further time period as would be considered reasonable (ie without delay) and in relation to discrimination, thirdly, if it is "just and equitable" to extend the time limits.

It's very rare for the tribunal to allow late claims, though.

First of all, do you have a really good reason for not applying to the courts within 90 days?

Never assume anyone on the internet is who they say they are. Only rely on advice from insured professionals you have paid for!
