not my debt

I have just this morning at 8.39 am had a phone call from some one ( I couldnt catch who they were dispite asking twice ) saying that they were acting on behalf of littlewoods catalogue and that I owed them over £1000 from sometime in 2000, I cannot remember this and refused to pay, so was told that they are going to litigation, they say they have just wrote to me twice, they have not.

I am waiting for them to write to me now to find out what this is all about.

even though I dont consider this my debt, I thought they could not reclaim money after 6 years
