Hi,

Can some please advise me if im in my rights or not.

First Nationwide FLEX ACCOUNT.

I opened a flex account in 20-4 with nation wide being unemployed at the time the account was running excellent as i would have my income support go in on a weekly basis then they made me over drawn but taking a debit fee charge of £20 so i closed the account in 2008,well i thought i had now i look at me credit report and they have put a default on me for the sum of £298 and just that they have placed the debt with Lowell in which im unaware of up untill now can i make a complaint regarding this as nationwide took the £20 and placed all these interest fees on my account the account i thought was closed??

So the default is made up purely of charges? Time for a complaint letter i think addressed to their data controller.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

:D
