hair in food

just cooked and started eating some beef kofta kebabs they have a stick in the middle

took a bite out and there is a long hair running down the stick it cant be mine as i have short hair

 

not sure what to do ??

Report it to asda, but primarily the manufacturer. The manu will, as already stated, give you tons of freebies. Asda will just fob you off so they dont get bad press.

It is indeed a risk for "bad press" for Asda, but they may well be immune to prosecution even as the seller of the food if they can claim "due diligence" : while the manufacturer can be prosecuted even though they didn't sell the food to the end purchaser, as Asda can be considered as a "purchaser" even though they are the "end retailer"

just spoke to asda they said takeit back to the shop and il get a refund

i told them il take it back so the manager can take a sample of hair and meat but im contacting enviro health about it
