I recently bought a package holiday deal for myself and my gf ..i paid on finance and have finally payed the holiday off.

Fleetway told me that they don't send the tickets for the holiday until 2 weeks before you fly..but i've bought another holiday from travel republic and they gave me the tickets there and then for everything.

Is this normal practise??

From their T'&C'S

If physical tickets are required for your journey they will normally be posted to you 10 days prior to your departure date, except

when bookings are made within 10 days of departure where tickets may be arranged for collection at your departure airport.

Most airlines accept eTickets which are normally emailed to you within 7 days of paying your full balance, and no later than 48

hours prior to departure. Full details of ticket dispatch will be available on your confirmation invoice upon booking.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

you see this is the thing. They haven't made it clear to me what kind of ticket I need. All I've got off them is that the tickets come 3 weeks before departure and are emailed? What can i do

Your Travel documents will be sent to you in the post 3-10 days prior to departure. If you have provided us with your email address then your documents may also be emailed to you.

If you have not received your tickets 3 days before departure please call 0844 571 5570 with your booking reference at hand.

Or give them a phone on their after sales number: : 0844 571 5570

If you don't want to use the 0844 number give http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php a try, they have a very large database of alternative numbers. The numbers you need are

020 7082 0570 or 0800 4088570 for Admin & Ticket Enquiries

Hope this helps

We travel a lot each year and normally get tickets 10-14 days before we travel, we use a variety of online travel agents and high street stores, we also have emailed tickets and paper tickets. I was a bit concerned at emailed ones the first time but all was ok.

If I have been of any help, please click on my star and let me know, thank you.
