I have used Tiscali... now talk talk for a few years now with only a few blips.

I complained about my being unable to access my emails now and then, and having to use another website to see my email.

However now I cannot access my emails at all.

Three of us have talk talk email addresses and it affects all of us.

We are able to log in our email addresses and passwords

,this takes us to the talk talk webmail page, which is blank ,

even though the talk talk adverts are on the page there are no emails.

I have complained and accessed their replies via another website,

they say I should try doing this that and the other, they say the problem is not with them .

Having spoken to a third party ,he says the problem DEFINATELY is with them ,as iam able to log in and access their webmail page, but no emails.

I have replied to TalkTalk saying that if they don't sort it I will stop payments,

and take the matter up with someone higher in the company ...

... Am I right in doing this, and what should be my next step. Thanks Roxy

Why not set your email up to land direct onto your phone or computer instead ? I don't really understand why you're trying to get it online only....should be easy enough to set up so you're not reliant on their website being up. Or set up an Hotmail account and include your Talktalk email address there too ?

Talktalk will tell you there are ways of getting your email, I imagine, so think there's little point in threatening not to make payments.

You can set them both up on your computer as long as you have Outlook or Windows Live Mail on your computer. You just need your passwords and the POP3 server address and the SMTP server address. POP3 is mail.talktalk.net and SMTP is smtp.talktalk.net

Then you can download them direct without the need to go online to read them on the web.

Hope this makes sense.
