Hiya - Can anyone help me please - I have had a call from the bank (Halifax) offering me £1,358 of £3,600+ charges.:-x

I have refused this offer as advised from the site -

I need to know what my next step is from here -

I have replied refusing the offer via a letter.

Do I go to the Onbudsman or to a solicitor..???:!:

Any advise would be very much appreciated.

thank you

Nilsatisit

Ok you are correct, 14 days after sending the lba you issue court proceedings, through either money claim online or through filing at your local county court, you will need to do a bit of reading up on this site to decide which way is better for you, both are exactly the same only that one is done online with a debit card the other is the old fashioned way of filing a hard copy at the court house.

All templates you need are in the bank templates section where the other letters you have sent are and regarding finding out more about which option to choose when claiming do a search and visit money claim online and HRM court services for a guide to small claims.
