To be honest I find these YT vids very frustrating, as you never find out what happened afterwards. I wonder why ? Could it be the case that this person did own the car and the bailiffs were acting correctly. Otherwise if the bailiffs actions were wrong, the person who posted the vid, would have put comments to say that the bailiffs were found to have acted unlawfully.

We could do with some help from you.

Bailiffs did not listen as had they listed the video scenario would not have been happening.

 

Unless you have details from the person concerned, then it is difficult to comment. According to the comments posted on the YT vid, they were going to contest the bailiffs actions in the courts sometime this month. so hopefully we will find out how this went.

Either way, unless the bailiffs are obviously being muppets, like the other one involving the house repo, we must be even handed.
