A charity in London is helping homeless people get back on their feet, by becoming tour guides.

Rather than show traditional London sights, "Unseen Tours" are led by homeless guides and take people well off the beaten track.

The project was set up by the charity "The Sock Mob", an informal volunteer network that engages with London's street people by offering socks, food and friendship.

Henri was living on the streets "for three or four years".

Having been on the verge of homelessness myself I will be making contact with

to see if I can help. I don't socialise well with others but I do have an old sleeping bag. If you join up, and if I deal with a phobia or two and join in too, look out for the really tall woman that doesn't speak much and makes inappropriate jokes when she does
