After MONTHS of complaining I have finally had the CPA cancelled for all PDLs and they have refunded me the £500 they managed to take before I secured my money in a Barclays account! I feel so much better now that I am finally well and truly back in control of my money!

I have set up repayment plans with 4 of the companies I owe money to, and am negotiating with another three but know I won't get anywhere with Easy-finance, Speed credit and miniCredit so I am putting what I am willing to repay per month I to my ISA until they will accept my plans. I have worked out my budget and can afford to pay each PDL £5 a week without neglecting essential outgoings and putting a bit aside for emergencies. As I repay some of the loans I can then add more to the ones remaining. I have worked out that by doing this I will be debt free by Christmas! I refuse to pay more than my original loan, one month interest and one default fee on all my debts, and have agreed that with txt loan, wonga, piggybank and Wageday advance. And yes it's all I writing! God it feels good to be in control of our finances at long last!!!

If its taken that long, i would try and get some kind of compensation out of them for the frustration/stress etc that the bank has caused you by breaking the law.

Can i ask if you have started official complaints about your banks practices yet? It's the only way to force them to stop breaking the law.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks
