So I complete one for PPI and one for the admin charges????

If I enter their interest rate of which they charge me for buy now pay later which is 39.7

Ive completed the one for the admin charges, anyway I can send it to you to see if I have done it correctly.I entered interest rate for that too,or is that not appropriate. Im sorry so many question but its a minefield for a novice. When completed I post them to them with accompaning letter I assume.

if you can identify from the statements that interest was charged on the ppi & the PENALTY charges

then you charge their rate on both.

if you wish, you are more than welcome to post anything up.

you are doing fine!

set your default scan page size to A4 less than 300DPI [150 will do]

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets - as a picture[jpg] file

don't forget you can use a mobile phone or a digital camera too!!

'

BUT......

ENSURE: remove all pers info inc. barcodes etc using paint program

but leave all monetary figures and dates.

{DO NOT USE A BIRO OR PEN OR USE SEE THRU TAPE OR LABELS]

try www.pdfescape.com TO BLANK STUFF,

or

DO IT IN MSPAINT.EXE or any photo editing program

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites ...

http://freejpgtopdf.com/

if you have multiple scans/pics

put them in a word doc FIRST and convert that to PDF

or use www.pdfmerge.com

convert existing PC files to PDF [office has an installable print to PDF option]

..

it would be better to upload a multipage pdf if

you have many images too rather than many single pdfs

.

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

or use word and save as pdf

try and logically name your file so people know what it is.

though dont use full bank names or CAG in the title

i'e Default notice dd-mm-yyyy TSB

.

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

Sorry explaining this to me must be as frustrating as my trying to understand any of it.

The item I downloaded has columns no spreadsheet,

I actually have never dealt with a spreadsheet.

Not sure now I have even downloaded the right thing.

Can I not just highlight all the £12 admin charges,

then the same with the advantage cover charges(PPI)

and add a covering letter saying I will pay after they take off all the charges which amount to £2425.

Sorry for making this into an epic but I am not a techno person and always need step by step instruction on doing anything thats not staring me in the face.
