I would like to see the OFT take action against a few DCAs who are also breaching guidelines on a regular basis and also abusing the court system and insolvency laws.

When will they start action against large companies ? Always appears to be the small fry they go after, presumably on the basis of cost. If they went after a large company, I expect that they would incur expensive legal costs and it would be time consuming.

We could do with some help from you.

PLEASE HELP US TO KEEP THIS SITE RUNNING EVERY POUND DONATED WILL HELP US TO KEEP HELPING OTHERS

Not just cag members from what you read. Mind you if they went after a big boy it could take forever, warnings, minded to,remove licence, appeal. Wasn't one of these firms first looked at in 2009. So more than 3years and if they appeal another how long?

Any opinion I give is from personal experience .

What I would like to see is Courts making some kind of complaint when Stat Demands are used as debt collection tools - we see on many forums, not just CAG that these have been successfully set aside so why are they still being used when there are bona fide disputes in place.
