hi i have a aggrement with moneybarn and i fallen behind with payments i rang them in the begining of january and came up with a aggrement i got a phone call last night telling me that if i didnt pay 675 by 10am today they will cancel my aggrement what are my options i have gone round and got 300 and i get payed next week help

Not quite sure what you are saying..

 

You have come to an arrangement to repay over a longer period of time and have failed to adhere to the new arrangement ? What "agreement" are they going to cancel ? Is £675.00 the entire outstanding amount or just arrears !

It sounds like they are just using scare tactics on you. Even if you have reneged on a repayment play, what is the worst they can do? They cannot get blood out of a stone. They can take you to court if they like but that is a lot of wasted time and money, they would rather just shout really loudly at you and scare you into paying..
