I saw this on their news channel this morning.

 

Nothing will happen or action be taken for a hundred years. The OFT could stop this overnight but they can't even start to think about it until they have finished their coffee.

 

Why do they bother coming out with these reports only to then put them on a shelf to look at on a rainy day. The OFT really isn't for the consumer, just themselves or action on this would be taken now.
