Been listening to the news this morning, seem to be making an issue or point about 3 specific things.

First one is times bailiffs can work

Second one is about leaving a property if there is only a minor present no adults

Third one is not using force against people.

We already know bailiffs are not allowed to do this there is already rules in place. So the article and alleged reform is an absolute waste of time.

None of the beliefs held by "Freemen on the land" have ever been supported by any judgments or verdicts in any criminal or civil court cases.

We know there are rules but not everyone does

Apparently bailiffs have to put the foot in the door to prevent it being closed and this one boasted about his certificate too and one was self employed collecting CT

Been listening to this "news" on Radio 1. Absolute Disgrace.Newsbeat interviewd a Bailiff, they actually said "arent you forbidden from going in the middle of the night" "Well err, yeah" said our loveable rogue "but we gots to go when we know they will be in innit" openly talking about breaking the guidelines on national radio. The BBC's "news" coverage has very much been of the "only criminal **** get chased by bailiffs, so screw them" in complete ignorance of well, reality, like no everyone is being chased for criminal fines.Newsbeat seemed to be suggesting that Scottish Sherrif's actually have the right at the moment to use force against a debtor to make them pay :O
