Quick question guys, my girlfriend has just been told they can't have any time off in February as it is too busy, she already has in her contract that she isn't allowed time off in January and September which she agreed to, can her company do this as she isn't very happy they will do this

She doesn't have any time booked off, but feels aggrieved as December and January are busy months and February is ideal for a long weekend break but her bosses have decided they want to make February a no holiday month as well

as long as she can take all her entitlement, the employer can tell her when.

Never assume anyone on the internet is who they say they are. Only rely on advice from insured professionals you have paid for!
