Always paid maintenance and until last March 2011 paid via CSA.

Now it is paid through ESA @ £10 per fortnight. My ex has remarried and now states that my daughter is not mine. CSA will not help with Cellmark DNA so it contradicts its own web site, how do I get DNA tests done via benefit concession?

Cheers

AG

Difficult one this as either way it will impact the daughter and this will need to be considered. Does the daughter and yourself have a close relationship? The ex could be lying also. Sorry cannot advise any further.
