The other half has been with natwest for a time - has now been hit with a letter asking for £616.59 all of which are charges from natwest !!!!

Natwest have closed the account without putting in to writing first - what should we do next ?

i know we can send an SAR but my problem is that Moorcroft eill probably be knocking on the door - what should we do to keep them off case until we have written to Natwest ?

Any help very gladly appreciated !:-)

send the SAR to natwest unless you have all the statements

Morecrap can do nothing they are not bailiffs and have no powers

if they were ever to turn up tell them to play with the traffic and not to freturn

What have Morecrap stated already?

There is a significant point here regarding the status of the account and the charges, the ICO Tech. Guidance says that '' if a default sum is composed of charges without which the account would not have been defaulted then NO default should be placed.

Your ''other half'' needs to check credit reference files asap, then get back to us.

The other half wants to call moorcroft right now to say dealing with natwest and stop bugging him - do you advise this ? or just ignore them ?

BCOBS complaint too me thinks

if its all charges

they'll never go to court

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
