DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

you prob paid far more on the ppi that you got paid for 8mts

you also need to look at reclaiming it.

i'd certainly get rid of BF if you could

i bet that loan of £5k cost you the earth!!

It can be quite confusing with BF and I have known a number of people who had issue understanding statements etc

I suggest you drop your queries to them via email or letter so you have a copy of the correspondence. I'm guessing from your original post that you maybe in arrears so I would suggest sending it to their collections department.

The email address I've seen is collections at blemaingroup.co.uk, as for the address a quick google should help. If you've attempted this in the past, then title the email with 'formal complaint', that way they should follow some sort of internal complaints process.

In regards to GE, what kind of order where they granted? Was it an order whereby you make monthly payments towards the arrears? If so, I'd explain your circumstances to them again in writing. If they feel you are not maintaining a form of contact, that could escalate action.

Hope you manage to get this sorted :)
