I tried to search for it but it wouldn't accept DG as a search term, not enough letters.

 

Does anyone know how or if you can search for a string using this software, like "DG Solicitors" for example?

Yes they have filed "acknowledgement of service", with intention to fully defend.

 

It basically just means they get 28 days instead of 14.

so they either go to court within 28 days or you automatically win? Is yours the first FD claim on this forum to get this far? I know Daves done it but sworn to silence.

They now have 28 days from the initial date of service to submit a defence. Depending if they do two things could happen.

 

Defence filed - allocation questionaires go out, claim allocated to small claims track, allocated to claimants home court and we await a hearing date

 

No defence filed - judgement by default on the 29th day, i.e. I win
