i have got one of these this morning from my friends case whom i am sorting for him, we are not rattled one bit, we have sent a response to the cobblers request also telling them to sodoffski , what we need to know is if you get one of these AQ's and the cost is £100 to file it, how do we get the money back, do we just write it off

Can someone confirm but i believe it automaticly gets added to your claim.

 

What some people have been doing is waiting till the last minute to put the AQ in as they sometimes pay up at the last minute, so avoiding the £100 pay out to the courts.
