I have recently received a notice from collectica, i have loads from Phillips already and haven't corresponded at all.

it's £230 for traveleing without a ticket some years back, cant really remember.

i got a notice that it may go up another £215 if i dont pay and they attend, Philips have not attended this adress

however one agent went to my nans house where i used to live, even though they been sending me notices here at my mums

but now collectica have sent me a notice, first ive heard of them, im not paying, im not corresponding. i have other fines too, not paying those either :D

I'm still not paying, if they go to a previous address and take property from that address, it has got nothing to do with me, so it cant be legal, even if they enter into my house/ which is a shared house, how will they know what is mine!? like the police these people will try to make you believe you owe and out of fear try to convince you to own up, stay silent, move on , protect yourself,

Do you not think it is very selfish of you to subject your Nan and Mum to perhaps visits from these people ??
