I'd like to know who the clients are for the biggest bailiff firms?

I know the list will never be comprehensive.

Most importantly - what are the biggest client names associated with each firm - the credit card companies, payday loan lenders, banks, for example.

Here are a list of bailiff companies for starters.

  • Marston Group
  • Equita (wholly owned by Capita)
  • Rossendales
  • J.B.W Group Ltd.
  • Newlyn
  • Ross & Roberts Ltd (wholly owned by Capita)
  • Rundle and Co Ltd (wholly owned by Traditional Group Ltd)
  • Collectica Enforcement Services (wholly owned by Serco)
  • Task Enforcement Ltd
  • CSS Enforcement Services

City of Westminster (council tax and business rates) are run by Capita and use Equita ( 25 year contract !!!)

City of Westminster (Parking) use Collectica (previously called Philips).....although I believe that the contract has recently expired. Will check

HMCTS fines are collected by Marston Group and Collectica. A small number are collected by Swift and Excel Enforcement
