hi this is my first time on here please be gentle i took out a pay day loan in november with community pay day unfortunately due to illness i cant pay it back in one go

i have been inundated with phone calls and texts from ndr and now threatened with marshall hoare bailiffs for non payment despite writing to com pd asking for time can anyonr assist in next course of action thanx

What did you borrow from them and what are you offering to repay and what are they quoting your current balance as?

400 have now been quotrd 1202 by marshall hoare threating to doorstep call

First off dont worry marshall hoares arent baillifs and if anyone turns up tell them to leave or you'll call the police

thanx tinkerbell dont know what to do next to get these people to understand i want to pay back a reasonable amount not these astronomical figures they are quoting only qant to deal with comm payday

They arent concerned with what you want to repay. They just want money. They dont care how they get it as long as they do.
