hi,

Over Christmas i had a manic episode and applied for a few payday loans, (which i didnt think i would get as i have applied for credit in the past and have been denied). I thought i would apply for a few to increase my chances. I got x2 loans from different companies.

the companies are The loan store

Swift sterling

also another company called my loan.

my loan have taken 4 x69.99 from my account, and i have no idea who they are.

i get texts all day and all night.

swift sterling and the loan store collections call me every day threaten me with court and eviction from my flat.

i actually didnt get any money from them because the loans i got from swift and the loan store were eaten up by another company called myloan.

i dont have any money. my depresiion is severe most days and i have bi polar and schizoid disorder which inhibit my personal;ity making it difficut to communicate with these companies , as i think they will hurt me. or take my furniture. or evict me.

i dont have appointment with my shrink for another 4 weeks. my social worker is out of the country on her break.

i dont have anyone close to me as family are miles away, just wondered if anyone knew what to do about help?

or what i need to do ?

sortry for the long letter to you

thanks

jeff

I wouldnt worry about that. It wont happen. Well, a court claim MIGHT happen, but eviction? Definitley not. As for phone calls, if they contact you by phone again, put the phone down. You are under no obligation to speak to them via the phone, and indeed it is better not to do so, and to keep everything in writing. As youve found out, they will say anything at all over the phone as they know they are not being recorded. No recording = No evidence to use against them.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks
