im appealing and i need my dr to write a good letter to support me. but he's never been very understanding about my mental health and i know he wont give me a good letter. i dont know what to do, as ive had anxiety and depression all my life and dont know what he's wrote in my notes. im worried sick about it all, as i have appointment very soon .

so i thought i would go to a different doctor and hope i get a good letter.

The descriptors are here and the Support Group criteria are here

 

You have to score at least 15 points to be classed as unfit for work. You have to meet one criteria for support group to get into the support group. The 15 points can be from one descriptor or a mix of descriptors.
