How do I get Wonga to respond or pass on to DCA?

Hi there - down to only a few of my payday loans left now after much help from family and a lot of letter writing and back and forth with the DCAs.


My account with Wonga defaulted back in early June 2012 and even though at one point I did get them to agree (in E-mail form) to a reduced settlement, when I asked for confirmation and bank details to pay etc they never responded. And they haven't since (this was back in September). They don't respond to any E-mails at all.


Should I continue to just sit and wait? Or is there a way to get them to pass it to a DCA that would be easier to deal with?


They are not calling me, or contacting me in any way, but it is of course still showing as defaulted on my credit file.


Any advice much appreciated :)
