Natwest have just contacted me and admitted they have made a mistake - they checked with the wrong ATM(the one I used a couple of minutes later)
They are refunding the money and have offered me £50 compensation so at least its been sorted - mnay thanks
Personally I would reply the same as CWD IDRWW Moriarty etc same blah blah blah they cannot do anything. Ever since I sent my complaints to the FCA and others I’ve not heard back and now have a personal email from the banking agency in Dubai to negotiate a £10 per month payment direct to the bank and that’s it take it or leave it. Only if and when it passes the correct laws and legislation will I listen.
I am now on twitter also guys following good people and calling out these so called solicitors in the UK making the FO and FCA award as well as the SRA. Please follow me
I have also in the post just received a PCN for the same area - Trinity Park Roadways. With two photos 16.15 & 16.16 time stamp with an incident time of 16.20. I was only in the area for a short time, pull over didnt notice any of the signs due to the size of them. Several other cars, inc a couple of taxis sitting around same area.
Can I ask has your charge progressed any further?
Only because they for some reason they left the date of the transitional period as December 2020, which is complete nonsense. It will take longer than that to agree a deal with the EU as well as all the other nations that have a direct relationship with the EU.
I don't understand why he's crying about the possibility of a no deal, but not highlighting the fact part of the withdrawal agreement is complete BS, and nonsensical. But maybe I'm being naive.
No Deal is always there lurking in the background. Any Withdrawal Agreement is only the guidelines for the Transition Period ending on 31st December 2020 whilst negotiations for the final deal take place during that period. Unless an extension is requested by June 2020, the period cannot be extended, so |No Deal is still in the mix. As a Final Agreement could take years, the timespan is too short. EEA/EFTA best way if we are leaving.
Don't touch them owe me £500 since January 2019 make excuse after excuse. Seem they always have software problems sending money out. Keep saying they will call back or email nothing been chasing it now for 6 mths the phone staff always have the same banter we will chase it up and get back to you then nothing!
