hi there.

i am writing to ask if anyone can help with this question. my old bank (halifax) are showing 3 payments late untill April 2010 but underneath 1st credit ltd have defaulted the account in the feb 2010.

Is this possible or should i be chasing this up as it should not be put on my credit file.

Many thanks for any help

hi alan

welcome aboard.

your comments dont quite make sense

as you saying that the same debt is listed twice on your cra file?

once as halifax as the owner

and again as 1st crapit?

Does the original Halifax entry show as settled? My guess is that the account was defaulted by Halifax originally, they are it seems notoriously slow at up dating CRA files, you can ask the Data Controller at Halifax to remove their entry, but it seems here that a Feb default date is in your favour by a couple of months.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.

its not showing up as a default or settled, just the usual box's with 3 payments late up until april then it shows the not updated U in the boxes, then it has the amount in the default/ delinquent box.

but then as i said the next entry down is from first credit with just the red D showing in Feb and a default

any chance you can scan the report up

and get another one from a diff CRA.

somethings not right here

you cant have two owner on the same account.

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets - as a picture[jpg] file

don't forget you can use a mobile phone or a digital camera too!!

'

BUT......

ENSURE: remove all pers info inc. barcodes etc using paint program

but leave all figures and dates. {DO NOT USE A BIRO OR PEN]

convert existing PC files to PDF [office has an installable print to PDF option]

..

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites [http://docupub.com/pdfconvert/]

it would be better to upload a multipage pdf if

you have many images too rather than many single pdfs

.

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

or use word and save as pdf

try and logically name your file so people know what it is.

i'e Default notice dd-mm-yyyy

.

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

.
